By accessing and using Khelset ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are browsers, scorers, team managers, and tournament organizers.
2. Description of Service
Khelset provides a platform for:
- Live cricket match scoring and statistics tracking
- Team creation and management
- Tournament organization and scheduling
- Player profile management and statistics
- Real-time match updates and notifications
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use certain features of Khelset, you must register for an account using:
- Phone number authentication
- Google account (optional)
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Abuse the platform or harass other users
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

You retain ownership of all content you create on Khelset, including:
- Match scores and statistics
- Team information and rosters
- Player profiles and photos
- Commentary and descriptions
5.2 License to Khelset
By posting content, you grant Khelset a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Use, reproduce, and display your content
- Make your content available to other users
- Store and process your content on our servers
5.3 Khelset's Intellectual Property
All aspects of the App, including its design, code, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Khelset and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using Khelset, you consent to:
- Collection of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy
- Use of Firebase services for authentication and data storage
- Storage of match and team data in cloud databases
7. Fees and Payment
Khelset is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future:
- We will notify users in advance
- Pricing will be clearly displayed
- Users can choose whether to purchase premium features
- Existing free features will remain available
8. Third-Party Services
Khelset integrates with third-party services:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, storage
- Google Sign-In: Optional authentication method
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or reliability of match data and statistics
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KHELSET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Errors or inaccuracies in match scores or statistics
- Actions of other users on the platform
- Service interruptions or technical issues
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khelset from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
- Content you post on the platform
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do:

- Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms
13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you:
